Most people come to Shift to work with higher doses. 5g (a Hero’s dose) is where we start. Many people lean in and seek 10g-20g. The final amount will be based on anxiety levels, current meds, and your personal decisions.
We will make recommendations, but ultimately the decision rests in your hands.

No. These services are not psychotherapy or medical treatment. This work focuses on preparation, journey support, presence during the experience, and integration afterward.
