Panthea
Camp Leads
Camp Leads are the point-of-contact for each camp at Panthea. Camp leads are not necessarily the organizer of that camp, but they are the liaison between the Panthea organizers and their camp.
What You Should Know
NAME
Each Camp should have a name that offers the other attendees a sense of what you offer.
Let us know as soon as you choose your name.
CAMP MEAL(s)
Attendees are responsible for their own food. We encourage you to consider a shared camp meal on Saturday Night.
FYI: Panthea is organizing a full camp potluck on Friday Night and a breakfast on Sunday morning.
Some camps are choosing to do all meals together. Whatever you choose, make sure your camp attendees know as there are NO food-for-purchase options at Panthea.
CAMP GIFT
We’re asking each camp to offer a gift made available to all attendees.
It might be a lecture, a yoga class, a snack, or an evening performer.
Once you have decided on your gift, please let the Panthea organizers know so we can add it to the schedule.
These will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Too many lectures? You will need to choose something else.
GIFTS
If you want to provide more than one gift, great!
Let us know what you are planning. We will ask you for your “featured” gift, which will be marked as such on the program.
INVITATIONS
Each Camp Lead has invitations to share. Attendees will need to give the name of the Camp Lead or the camp name when registering.
There is a cap on attendees at the event, so an attendee should sign up when she receives her invitation.
The invitation is not a guarantee for a spot. Only registration holds your spot.
FREE PASSES
Each Camp Lead is offered three (3) passes to Panthea. She can distribute them as needed.
We suggest the Camp Lead takes one, the camp organizer takes a second, and the person offering the camp gift takes the third.
But really, each camp will use these passes in a way that works best for them.
PRIVATE
This event is invitation only. We will not be marketing on social media or anywhere else.
We are quietly organizing this event and want to share it like mycelium - one person connecting to another.
MEN?
Each camp can curate their guest list.
We are celebrating female energy — please keep this in mind as you issue invitations.
As with other attendees, non-binary and trans women are welcome when issued an invitation.
