Help Desks
Help Desks are a way for attendees to have 1:1 conversations about issues they are facing. Please give transparent advice regarding next steps.
Please be prepared to sit at a help desk for 90 minutes.

Networking Leaders
Networking Leaders are an important part of Shift Summit. Networking sessions allow for participants to meet with familiar faces on both days. This helps those with social anxieties and creates a safe space for members of traditionally underserved communities.
Please be prepared to lead lunch on day 1, lead lunch on day 2 and run a networking circle on day 2 (more details to follow).
Be ready to get to know your networking group. Understand what they are wanting to get out of Shift and help them if you can.
